“Southwest Insurance has been our agent for five years and we are very happy with their services. Mark and Jason are very responsive and always reply to my inquiries within a day. Last year we had a car accident and filed in a claim. Erie Insurance worked directly with the repair shop that I selected. Except for me paying the deduction, the insurance company had everything covered and the car is repaired to my satisfaction. They made the claim process easy.
“I had an accident in February 2015. It was my first one and the first thing I did was make a call to Mark. He told me what to do but, first of all, he asked me if everyone was ok. Then, a few days ago, I got a notice of suspension for my driving license. First thing I did was call Mark and I felt relieved. He called BMV immediatelly, put me on conference call and managed to file a Certificate of Compliance. There has been a mistake on BMV’s side. Nobody was informed, neither Mark nor I about that earlier. Within a few minutes Mark took care of everything. I was amazed by the way he handled the whole situation. I was so panicked and frightened. They suspended my license for 90 days. I take my kids to school and sports every day. And with no valid license it is really hard. THANK YOU MARK! YOU ROCK!
