Mr. Ament, Due to a storm which hit my area on June 29th, lighting hit the tree which tore down the power lines from my house. We were without, power. I called Erie Insurance the next morning and talked with Mark, he recommend an electrician and i called him to get started on my problem. That same day, the electrician did a temporary fix so that when Com Ed got the electric working again, it would go on for me. An Adjuster called me and informed me as to what was going to happen. I was already impressed at how fast this was moving. A couple of days passed and the tree was now removed from my yard. The adjuster called me again and aid she got all the pictures from the electrician regarding my claim and was going to issue a check for the entire claim. This process only took a week and then he next week i received the check in the mail. It is only two weeks now and today, the electrician and his crew are fixing my house to be whole again. I cannot express how good all the people involved with this claim were. I called a couple of times and they were pleasant and understanding and explained my concerns in full. I certainly will recommend Erie Insurance to family and friends. It is a welcome surprise to find out that some companies really do come thru for people in their time of need. Mark, EJ & I have the BEST insurance agent: Mark Ament of Southwest Insurance (Plainfield). Not only were his coverage quotes the most comprehensive for the least amount of money, but his customer service is unparalleled. He has to be one of the nicest, most helpful and conscientious people we have ever met. Several people “liked” the post and Tracy Locke also chimed in with her thoughts: Yes agreed!!! Mark is awesome. Every time I have a question or need help he responds so quickly and just gets it done. It’s unfortunate that service like that is so rare and that is why I appreciate him so much! Mark, My experience with Southwest Insurance Center has been nothing but positive. I relocated from another state and was in need for home, auto, and health coverage.
