Mark responds to my insurance needs promptly and effectively. He doesn’t always agree with me, tells me my options, and then performs. I LIKE THAT.

I had an accident in February 2015. It was my first one and the first thing I did was make a call to Mark. He told me what to do but, first of all, he asked me if everyone was ok. Then, a few days ago, I got a notice of suspension for my driving license. First thing I did was call Mark and I felt relieved. He called BMV immediatelly, put me on conference call and managed to file a Certificate of Compliance. There has been a mistake on BMV’s side. Nobody was informed, neither Mark nor I about that earlier. Within a few minutes Mark took care of everything. I was amazed by the way he handled the whole situation. I was so panicked and frightened. They suspended my license for 90 days. I take my kids to school and sports every day. And with no valid license it is really hard. THANK YOU MARK! YOU ROCK! Since relocating to Plainfield from the Pittsburgh, PA area, we have utilized Mark’s services for both auto and home owner’s insurances. Having been Erie Insurance customers for over 25 years, we were concerned we would not have access to their coverage upon moving here. Upon my initial contact with Mark, I’ve felt comfortable with him and his Southwest Agency staff. We just purchased a new car and had Mark come up with coverage options. He made certain that we were comfortable and understood some recommendations he’d made regarding our coverage. I always feel he’s “got my back”

We use Mark for our auto, home and business insurance. He does a great job and his customer service is excellent. He responds immediately to any questions I have and offers valuable advice. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know.
