Changing insurance carriers can be daunting but Mark and Jason made it easy. Took care of everything and walked me through the process. I saved thousands of dollars and genuinely wish I had met them years ago! Appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and guidance.

We got coverage for our antique cars through Mark Ament, and he made it so easy I couldn’t believe it. Last Thursday we had a tire blowout in MI; I called the carrier’s phone for the roadside assistance and she couldn’t understand our location (even though we were right next to a mile marker sign). After contacting the tow company she had arranged, they were close to the Canadian border (we were just north of IN). Contacted the carrier again, they screwed up again, wanting to send somebody from Port Huron (probably a 3 hour trip at least). Called Mark, and he contacted Hagerty directly, spoke with somebody to pay the tab for us to get somebody local, and followed through. Not a lot of people would go that extra mile plus change like Mark did!

After receiving several quotes from other carriers, I wasn’t satisfied with the results and knew I had to keep searching. I’m glad I found Mary Ann Holm at Southwest Insurance Center. She listened carefully to my needs and provided a few solid options to choose from. Throughout the process, she always responded in a timely manner. With her help, I finally found the coverage I was looking for.

Very pleased with my experience establishing an insurance relationship with Jason and the Southwest Insurance team. Despite having no claims and bundled insurance, my premium with a large Illinois headquartered insurance company went up a lot this latest renewal period. As a result I called Jason based solely on the exceptional reviews his company received. I was able to get a $1k decrease in premiums with same/better coverage while also getting great customer service. Highly recommend thus far.
