Many thanks to Mark Ament for all his help with our horrible accident that totaled our F150 by a drunk driver on vacation in Florida. He was so responsive and truly so compassionate to our needs and our situation. He worked diligently to rush the process of recovering the total loss of our truck and coached us along the way on what to expect. We couldn’t have a more knowledgeable, experienced, and above all, someone who truly cares about an average person than Mark. Dave and Sheryl Aubry.

I’m very happy to have been referred to Mark Ament for insurance for a condo I’m buying. I wasn’t happy with my prior agency, so I contacted a few different agents before deciding. Mark has been responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. When there was something he didn’t know, he didn’t try to BS me. He went and got the information to answer my questions. He was also patient with my quirks. As an attorney, I’m very careful about what I sign, and there are a lot of things where “it’s just the way things are done” that give me heartburn. Mark was incredibly patient and helpful in putting together documents that I was actually comfortable signing. I’d highly recommend him.

They are a small company but easy to get a hold of. Requested quotes from specific provider but saved us money by running quotes from additional companies. Everything is pretty much handled by phone/email.
