I contacted Mark based on Google reviews as we were relocating to IL. Mark is extremely professional and communicated well throughout the process, he also worked with our mortgage lender to set up our home policy. Mark takes customer service very seriously and takes the time to get to know his clients, which I really appreciated. After relocating, I also worked with Domenica to set up our new IL Auto policy. Similarly, she is extremely professional and communicated well. We had our new Auto policy set up in no time, I really appreciated how quickly she was able to get the quote done and bind the policy. I highly recommend Mark, Domenica, and Southwest to anyone looking for insurance in the area.

We have been wanting to price compare our auto, home and life for a while now and decided to have Tom pull some numbers for us. Not only did he save us money to what we were previously paying, he also got us more and better coverage for auto, home, umbrella, and life. I’m not one to often take the time to give reviews, but honestly, I feel compelled to do so in this case. I can not speak highly enough about the level of service I receive from everyone at Southwest Insurance Center, but particularly from Mark Ament and Erica Garvey! In the past 15+ years I have gone to them for everything from business insurance, to personal home and auto insurance, to insurance for a number of rental properties. Lots of policies for a broad range of needs, and they have never skipped a beat. They’re always quick to respond to requests, policy changes, certificates of insurance, quotes for additional property purchase, etc.. They have worked directly with my lenders to determine insurance requirements, sparing me the time and effort of doing it myself. And they have provided recommendations and suggestions, without ever the slightest bit of sales pressure. Examples you ask? Lets talk Claims. Well I’ve had more of those than I care to mention, but Mark has always been great at not only getting the process started, but he has actually taken the time to place conference calls with me and the insurance carrier(s) just to make sure everything got rolling smoothly and quickly. Another example? Sure. Recently Erica self-initiated a review of all of my rental property policies (over 2 dozen), researched what a few policy changes may do and discovered that I could get better coverage for LESS MONEY. I mean, come on; how often do you hear that?!?! Just awesome! And I could go on, but I think I’ve made my point. Over the years I’ve personally referred them to my family (and yes, they use SWI too), and now I’m doing the same for you. If you need insurance don’t hesitate to reach out to them.
